Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
We dispatch the order as soon as possible via courier. Each garment is hand-made individually by an artisan, therefore, we require slightly longer lead time. On average, the order is dispatched within three business days.
Q: How much will it cost?
Anse offers complimentary shipping for all orders above 200.00 USD.
If you are required to cover the shipping cost of $7.99, the amount will be added to your order.
Q: Will I need to cover duty & tax?Â
In order to receive your order, you may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination country. Additional fees can not be collected by Anse and they are not controlled in any way by our store. Please note, this is not part of the shipping costs.
Q: Which courier do you use?
We use multiple couriers, DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD.
Q: Can I change delivery address once the order has been sent out?
Unfortunately not, therefore, please make sure you provide a suitable delivery address.
Q: Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email advising tracking details.

We deliver to many countries. If you are not able to check out, unfortunately, it means we do not deliver to destination country.
